Preparing your order:

The webshop is managed by volunteers, can depend on their availability and how much coffee they have had.

Preparing and sending items with care can take a few days.

In most cases your items will be shipped within a week of placing the order.

Shipping time:

Expect general shipping times for packages sent from the Netherlands with PostNL.

Pick-up options:

Pickup is available for certain events. eg pickup at Furry Weekend Holland.

Please keep in mind that pickup at event is only possible for confirmed attendees of said event.
